A Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath Experience
Root & Rise is a two-hour journey designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect – just as spring gently invites us to do.
As the season begins to shift, we too begin to emerge. Not all at once. Not forcefully. But slowly – like buds opening in their own perfect time.
During this special gathering, Riki will guide you through gentle restorative yoga – simple, supported shapes that allow your body to rest deeply and release tension. No striving, no pushing, no needing to “achieve” anything. Just space to breathe and soften.
From that place of ease, Agata will lead you into a deeply nourishing sound bath using crystal bowls, her voice and other instruments. The vibrations and tones create a cocoon of sound that supports relaxation, helping your nervous system settle and your mind grow quiet.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for everyone and to allow us to organise our workshops with care, the following cancellation policy applies:
– You can cancel free of charge up to six (6) days before the workshop or training.
– If you cancel within five (5) days before the workshop or training, 25% of the total fee will be charged.
– If you cancel 2–4 days before the workshop or training, 50% of the total fee will be charged.
– If you cancel 0–2 days before the workshop or training, the full workshop or training fee will be charged.
