3-week Core flow course with Laura | Single class also possible
Training your core muscles is much more than just training your ‘six-pack’. It’s about creating endurance and stability throughout the whole body, making your yoga practice more fluid and stable.
In three sessions Laura will guide you through every part of your core:
Wednesday 6th of October | Anterior core
The first class of this course will focus on the anterior core known as crunching abs. You will learn to engage your core through different variations in movement. Let’s crunch and work that 6-pack!
Wednesday 13th of October | Rotational core
This class will focus on twisting asanas. Learn which muscles are involved in twists and side bends for spinal mobility. Practicing and exploring these movements can result in a more mobile spine for better posture and can help alleviate back pain.
Wednesday 10th of November | Strong lower back
Learn how to engage the muscles that make up the back of your core! We’ll explore different backbends through asana practice in a safe and strengthening way. Several options/kramas will be offered.
This course is suitable for yogis who want to spice up their yoga practice! Laura will offer different options suitable for different levels.
