Join Claudia and Daphne for a vibrant and uplifting masterclass as we celebrate a decade of practice, movement and community together.
Inspired by the energy of summer, this practice moves through the elements of nature and reflects both the rhythms of the seasons and the evolution of Glow over the past ten years.
From the grounding steadiness of earth we flow into the fluidity of water, build energy through the fire and create space and lightness through the element of air. Just like the cycles of nature, the practice unfolds in waves, gradually building energy, opening the heart and inviting moments of freedom, connection and expansion.
Expect an uplifting atmosphere with music, moments of free movement, playful partner exploration and the joy of moving together.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for everyone and to allow us to organise our workshops with care, the following cancellation policy applies:
– You can cancel free of charge up to six (6) days before the workshop or training.
– If you cancel within five (5) days before the workshop or training, 25% of the total fee will be charged.
– If you cancel 2–4 days before the workshop or training, 50% of the total fee will be charged.
– If you cancel 0–2 days before the workshop or training, the full workshop or training fee will be charged.
