As autumn arrives, the pace of nature begins to shift. The days become shorter, the air cooler, and we’re invited to pause and notice what this new season asks of us.
The Autumn Equinox marks this turning point, a moment when day and night are in balance. In yoga, balance isn’t about holding perfectly still. It’s something we practise, again and again, as life continues to change around us. It’s about responding with awareness, knowing when to be steady, when to soften, when to stay, and when to move.
Join Claudia for a special 2.5 hour Flow Yoga Masterclass inspired by the changing season. Together we’ll explore a creative Vinyasa Flow practice that gradually builds strength, mobility and balance before softening into longer held postures and a nourishing guided relaxation.
This event is part of Seasonal Gatherings, a series of seasonal yoga experiences held throughout the year.
Inspired by the changing rhythms of nature, each gathering offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect and explore the qualities each season invites us to cultivate through yoga.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for everyone and to allow us to organise our workshops with care, the following cancellation policy applies:
– You can cancel free of charge up to six (6) days before the workshop or training.
– If you cancel within five (5) days before the workshop or training, 25% of the total fee will be charged.
– If you cancel 2–4 days before the workshop or training, 50% of the total fee will be charged.
– If you cancel 0–2 days before the workshop or training, the full workshop or training fee will be charged.
