“Emotional Healing & Nervous System Balancing Through Somatic Movement & Meditation”
This course bridges ancient yogic wisdom with modern trauma theory, offering a holistic approach to personal and collective healing. We will explore the interconnectedness of our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies, providing the tools needed to regulate our nervous system, achieve emotional recovery, and cultivate personal resilience.
“I started creating early stages of this course in 2016 when I was a monk in Buenos Aires as a result of not feeling satisfied with the meditation and self-development courses other studios were offering at that time. So I thought – why not creating my own course? Why not linking emotional balance with Vedanta philosophy, meditation and asana?
So the idea grew and my first own-made courses on meditation and healing were launched in 2018, my students loved it.
Through the years I have taught early versions of my Atman Experience course in Spain, the UK, and Argentina. I have recently added more content on trauma release, nervous system recovery, and somatic movement since I myself have been researching it both holistically and academically, as a final project at my Bachelor’s degree. I also have practiced the exercises shared in this course, since I have gone through a deep healing process as part of my re-adaptation to the “normal” world (after 10 years of monastic life). What I have noticed through this practices is they allow the release of accumulated emotional stress, negative belief systems, and patterns I we longer need as well as encountering authenticity, resilience, and reconnection to our natural joy and inner peace.
My idea is to guide you through a profound journey of self-discovery, paradigm-shifting, and emotional healing through the physical and meditative practices of this Atman Experience Course that integrates Nervous System Regulation, Meditation, and Somatic Movement to foster positive self-transformation, emotional balance, and physical well-being.”
“I love the connection of nervous system recovery and deep healing through somatic release and meditation practices.”
