Thursday 27 Feb: Healing Mediation Course | 4 weeks with Andres Galindo

A 4-week path to emotional balance and inner peace

Discover the power of meditation with Andres Galindo, a skilled meditation and yoga teacher who combines wisdom from Eastern traditions with modern science. As a former monk with years of study and practice in India, South America, and Europe, Andres offers practical tools to help you find emotional balance, build resilience, and nurture self-awareness.

Personal Note: “I have heard so many times that -hey, I am not good for meditation, I get distracted, this is not for me- Believe me, I am one of those who get distracted, and I have researched and taught for over 10 years now easier ways to meditate without sitting in silence for 1 hour. The secret lies in the release of energy and emotions before starting to meditate.”

This 4-week course is designed to help you release stress, manage emotions, and connect with a sense of inner stability. Through simple and authentic meditation practices, you’ll create space for healing and clarity in your daily life. Allowing us to move closer to
