Thu 20 March: The Power of Pranayama | 5-week course with Laura

“Experience the power and calm of Pranayama!”

Discover the Power of Pranayama in Our New Advanced Course with Laura!

Do you want to deeply experience the connection between breathing, body, and mind? Then our Pranayama advanced course is for you!

Together with Laura, who is expertly trained by the renowned Kaivalyadhama Institute in India, you’ll discover that Pranayama is more than just breathing—it’s a journey toward inner peace and balance.

What is Pranayama?

Pranayama means the control (Yama) of your breath or energy (Prana). It is an ancient and traditional practice of breath control, also known as the fourth step in Patanjali’s yoga sutras.

Breathing is the first thing we do when we are born and the last thing we do when we leave this world. Although our breath is automatically regulated by the body, it has a deep connection with our emotions and feelings. With Pranayama, we train the breath, learning to control it better, which ultimately allows us to gain more control over our inner world.

Benefits of Pranayama

Laura was trained by Sri Sudhir Tiwari from Kaivalyadhama, a renowned institute in India where yoga and pranayama have been practiced and scientifically studied for over 100 years. Numerous proven benefits are attributed to the practice of Pranayama:

  • It strengthens the immune system,
  • It stimulates the functional activity of the organs,
  • It helps regulate hormones,
  • It supports a healthy digestive system.

There are also measurable mental effects in our nervous system after practicing these techniques, providing many positive outcomes that continue throughout the day.

What will you learn in this advanced course?

Pranayama needs to be built up gradually. Each week, you’ll learn a bit of theory followed by some related exercises.

You’ll receive homework to practice various techniques during the week. In the following session, there will be time to ask questions and share experiences. Together, we’ll build a foundation for a daily practice. Laura will also provide individual coaching so you can receive a fully personalized schedule tailored to where you are in your practice.
