An afternoon of Rest & Restoration, ending with the calming healing waves of sound baths.
Take a deep breath and settle in for an afternoon designed to bring deep relaxation, restoration, and balance. This Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra session with Riki will gently guide you into stillness, followed by a 30-minute Sound Bath with Agata Malczewska (Wholistic Touch), a journey through sound that harmonizes your body and mind on a profound level.
What to Expect
This extra-long restorative class helps you release deep-seated tension and fully let go. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, we’ll hold poses for longer, giving your nervous system a chance to shift from fight or flight to deep rest and recovery.
From there, we’ll transition into Yoga Nidra, a guided practice that takes you to a state between wakefulness and sleep, a space where deep healing happens.
Sound Bath & Vibrational Healing
To complete the afternoon, you’ll be immersed in a Sound Bath, where soothing vibrations from instruments and voice will wash over you like waves, gently re-tuning your system. Just as ripples move through water, sound waves move through your body, aligning and restoring balance at a cellular level.
This experience isn’t just about listening—it’s about feeling. The sound frequencies will resonate through your entire being, grounding you while opening a door to deeper awareness and inner peace.
